[OPIc] 오픽 주제 "사는 곳, 집에 관한 질문 및 답변"

Let me tell you about my house the place I currently live. Actually, I am living in studio on the third floor of 3-storied building. I just moved in about 2 years ago. Before I live in here. I originally lived in Daegu, which is situated in south easten part of Korea. I really liked this area, because of the location, it's really close to "Sungkyunkwan University", my school and also Daehangno which is one of the really popular places in Seoul and also Changkyeong place which is one of the historical monuments.

As for details of my house, when you open the door, you can see whole of my room which is combined with kitchen. There are many built-in appliances such as washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and also other furnitures I have brought in, like desk and chair, bed, and laptop on the desk. And also, when you open the window, you will be able to see really nice view, "the scenary", through that, I can see whole of Sungkyunkwan university and Changkyeong plalce  since it's really situated really close!

In conclusion, even though it's small stdio house. But still it's very useful to live a life alone since it has almost everything I need. And very useful to go to school and give me a good experience to see nice view since it's close to school and one of the sought-after areas in Seoul.

오픽에서는 주로 "첫번째" 느낌이나 경험에 관한 내용을 묻는 질문이 잦다. 물론, 그에 못지 않게 "마지막"도 물어보기도 하고 말이다. 이번 질문은 "집" 뿐만 아니라 동네인 "NEIGHBORHOOD"에 관해서도 함꼐 묻는 질문이라고 할 수 있겠다. 이번 질문의 경우에는 "묘사"라기 보다는 "경험"을 묻는 것에 가깝다고 할 수 있을 것인데, 이러한 경우에는 "언제, 누구와, 무엇을, 어떻게, 왜" 등의 육하원칙에 맞추어서 답변을 하는 것이 좋다.

Let me tell you about my first impression of my house and my neighborhood. About 2 years ago, I just moved from Daegu to Seoul alone due to my college. I just wanted to find a quite nice house near my school, but it was relly hard to find sicne I just got there, there was no one who I know about it so well and actually it was my first time to find a house my myself. So I was a little bit nervous, somehow, I just went to real estate and the agent recommended this house for me first. The house was a little bit old, but it looked quite nice. So I just signed on contract for renting the house.

The thing I just liked the house was this. it has nice night scenary since it was rooftop house. Usually people think that rooftop house is not good. But I guess that it has some good point too. I can see such a nice view day and night. And I also can make lots of noise without the others intrude.

And I really like the place the house sitauted in too. It's really close to the main street, and the campus of my school. Thus, it only took about 5 minute to get to the school and only about 10 minute to Daehangno which is one of the very popular street in Seoul. So I am able to enjoy the good atmosphere with young people's energy.

Thus, I really liked the house I am currently living in with the reasons even though sometimes it's really crowded with people. I guess that I will love this area forever!

Let me tell you about my old house and my current house. Speaking of the previous house, it was quite old and small Korean tradiational style house. It had small rooms but had wide yard since it was situated in country side. And also there wasn't so many rooms, thus I always need to share a room with my elder brother. And sometimes that made some troubles.

However, Current house, it's still small, just a studio or flat. And since it is on the rooftop, it does not have a wide yard like previous house. This currentl house's basic frame is differnet. it's far different with Korean traditional style house, it's like western building, 3-storied house.  Even though I live in flat, I don't feel that it's quite small, since unlike living in previous house, now I am living alone, not with families. Thus, sometimes I am feeling sometimes loneliness. So whenever I feel that sense, I just try to invite some friends of mine to my house and then share food or do soemthing together.

In conclusion, there are so many big difference between my previous house and current house. Since I am living alone unlike living in the previous house, I sometimes felt lonely, but it's okay because I have friend in new neighborhood.
